By using the SHIFT mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
The App offers an annual subscription ("SHIFT Premium") for access to premium features including advanced transposition tools, unlimited makam access, and enhanced audio playback. Subscription fees are displayed in the App Store and Google Play Store at the time of purchase.
Subscription payments will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period as the original subscription unless changed in the App Store or Google Play Store.
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can cancel your trial at any time before it converts to a paid subscription.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew. To manage or cancel your subscription:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will continue to have access to premium features until that time.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the next renewal. We will provide advance notice of any price changes via email or in-app notification.
Subscription refunds are handled according to the refund policies of the App Store and Google Play Store:
No automatic refunds will be provided for unused subscription time after cancellation. For technical issues preventing app use, please contact support for consideration.
The App and its content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
We reserve the right to temporarily interrupt the App for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will try to provide notice before such interruptions, but this may not always be possible.
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may be installed automatically or may require manual updates. If you refuse to install updates, some features may not work properly.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
